Dr. Alexis Gonzales, ND, MS, IFMCP—affectionately known as “Dr. G”—is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Washington and California and a certified Functional Medicine practitioner who blends scientific expertise with a deeply personal approach to patient care. With advanced degrees from Saint Mary’s College of California, Johns Hopkins University, and Bastyr University, Dr. G integrates biochemistry, biotechnology, and naturopathic medicine into her work. 

Dr. G provides comprehensive primary care with a dedicated focus on women’s health across all life stages, specializing in endometriosis, fertility, PCOS, and menopause. Understanding that women’s health journeys are often nonlinear and marked by significant transitions, she guides patients through pivotal moments—such as surgery or IVF cycles—as well as routine and preventive care. Dr. G offers proactive, personalized treatment that evolves with each patient’s unique needs. By addressing root causes and tailoring wellness strategies, she empowers women to feel supported and confident in achieving lasting health for generations to come.

In addition to her clinical work at Vida, Dr. G serves as a Clinical Implementation Specialist at OvationLab, where she bridges the gap between innovative research and integration into clinical practice. Her work ensures that practitioners and their patients remain at the heart of innovation while advancing functional medicine through thoughtful implementation.

Returning to Vida Integrated Health is a meaningful homecoming for Dr. G, as it is where she completed her residency and ignited her passion for integrative care.
