VIDA RAVENNA

A desire to help people reduce pain and reclaim their quality of life drew Archer Bennett to a career in physical therapy. Before entering healthcare, he proudly served in the U.S. Navy, working in electronics — an experience that shaped the discipline, problem-solving instincts, and attention to detail he brings to the clinic today.

Archer’s own recovery from fractures in both ankles gave him a firsthand understanding of how pain and limited mobility touch every part of daily life. That experience deepened his appreciation for what patients face throughout rehabilitation, both physically and emotionally, and reinforced why restoring function and independence matters so much. His clinical background spans work with children with disabilities, older adults, and patients in outpatient orthopedic settings, giving him a well-rounded approach to care. He has a particular interest in working with individuals managing chronic pain and those focused on improving balance and reducing fall risk.

Archer’s treatment philosophy centers on patient education — helping people understand their condition, pairing hands-on therapy with individualized exercise, and treating the whole person rather than just the injury. He works to create an encouraging environment where patients feel supported, empowered, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Outside the clinic, Archer stays active competing in travel co-ed softball and spends time outdoors hiking and paddleboarding. He also enjoys creating artwork and has experience coaching basketball, baseball, and softball — experiences that have deepened his appreciation for teamwork, perseverance, and helping others reach their full potential.
