Dr. Brandilyn Binstock is a Functional Medicine Physician specializing in integrative primary care and personalized, evidence-based healthcare. She partners with patients to identify and address the factors driving illness while helping them achieve sustainable improvements in energy, resiliency, longevity, and quality of life.

Her clinical interests span both common and complex medical conditions. She frequently works with patients experiencing fatigue, digestive symptoms, perimenopause and menopause symptoms, thyroid disorders, weight management challenges, insulin resistance, cardiometabolic disease, iron deficiency and anemia, chronic headaches and migraines, autoimmune conditions, and chronic pain. She also has advanced training in gastrointestinal disorders, mast cell and allergy-related conditions, hypermobility spectrum disorders, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, dysautonomia conditions including postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), and other complex multisystem conditions.

Dr. Binstock’s clinical approach is informed by a diverse healthcare background that bridges conventional, naturopathic, and functional medicine. Prior to attending medical school, she worked in conventional healthcare as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), telemetry technician, and clinical research assistant. These experiences provided a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine, clinical research, and patient-centered care that continues to influence her medical decision-making today.

After earning her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Bastyr University, Dr. Binstock completed four years of postgraduate residency training, including her final year as Chief Resident Physician at Bastyr Center for Natural Health. During and following her residency training, she mentored medical students and residents, while also practicing in community health and primary care settings, including HealthPoint community clinics, caring for diverse patient populations with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. This experience further strengthened her commitment to combining comprehensive primary care with advanced functional medicine strategies.

Dr. Binstock is an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP), one of the highest advanced credentials in functional medicine. She is also currently completing a Fellowship in Longevity Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), with additional training in healthy aging, metabolic health, hormone optimization, preventive medicine, and strategies to support long-term healthspan.

Known for her thorough and thoughtful approach, Dr. Binstock believes that effective healthcare requires both addressing current symptoms and understanding the underlying physiological processes driving disease. She combines detailed diagnostic evaluation with individualized treatment plans designed to support meaningful, lasting improvements in health.

In addition to patient care, Dr. Binstock is passionate about medical education and has lectured on topics including functional medicine, iron deficiency and intravenous iron therapy, hypermobility spectrum disorders, dysautonomia, and integrative approaches to chronic disease management.
