VIDA RAVENNA

Caroline is a Seattle native who thoroughly enjoys living and building her career in the PNW! She grew up playing soccer and later transitioned to distance running in high school and college. Over the years, her personal interest in athletics led to a natural passion for sports medicine and a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Western Washington University, Go Viks!

Once she graduated, she explored positions in the sports and recreation field and eventually found her niche as an aide in an outpatient sports medicine PT clinic. While there, she performed post-op wound care on many ACL and meniscus patients, learned about rehabilitation protocols, common injuries and issues that plague athletes, and gained experience with modalities. Adding in her firsthand experience as a past patient of physical therapy, she was hooked on the field and decided to take the next step as she pursued a career as a PT practitioner and earned her associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Whatcom Community College.

Outside of the physical therapy clinic, Caroline is a huge fan of the Seattle Sounders and has been a season ticket holder for over six years. In 2018, she became a member of the Seattle Sounders Stretcher Crew and has been loving her time sitting pitchside and being a part of gameday action!

In her free time Caroline enjoys spending time with her family, kicking around a soccer ball, catching EPL games, going for runs, walking her Jindo-mix pup with her husband, hiking, and having a good laugh.

She looks forward to the opportunity to work with you!
