Casey Larrance has been licensed massage therapist for 29 years and has worked with vastly diverse clientele. His massages are customized to each client based on what they communicate in their clinical history and careful assessment of the of all associated muscles and soft tissues. His work is intuitive and calm, sometimes deep and purposeful (always within client’s tolerances), sometimes light or gentle. The goal is always to guide the client’s body toward a more balanced state.

Casey uses a variety of techniques that include Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, CranioSacral technique, varied stretching techniques and Prenatal massage. He is particularly interested in helping clients move away from the postural deficiencies that modern life (mainly computer work) imposes on us.

Outside of work, Casey enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities the PNW has to offer: Hiking, biking, skiing, xc skiing, golf, soccer, boomerangs. He also finds joy world travel, cooking, welding, and ceramics.
