Dr. Bernal, or as patients kindly refer to him as “Dr. B”, has been in practice for over 12 years in the Seattle area. His mission is to guide families into taking control of their health through regular chiropractic care, nutrition, movement and positive health choices in general. The goal in a better quality of life, and a longer one!

Dr. B learned about Chiropractic care at a young age while suffering from low back pain that prevented him from playing sports regularly. After trying different health approaches that did not give him long term results, he ended up under Chiropractic care which ultimately led him to get back to his optimal health.

Outside of patient care Dr. Bernal loves to spend his time with his wife Regan, two kids Arie and Gus, and their goldendoodle Montiella. He is an avid pickleball player and loves to spend his time with his family hiking and coaching his kids in various sports.
