Director of Physical Therapy
Chris earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound. He specializes in outpatient sports and post-surgical rehabilitation. He is a Fellow of Applied Functional Science, is a clinical instructor for physical therapists and assistants, instructor in the myofascial decompression technique, provides medical support to volleyball, gymnastics, and golf clubs/teams in Bothell, Everett and Mukilteo, and is an active member with the American Physical Therapy Association and Mukilteo Chamber of Commerce.
Chris’s path to becoming a physical therapist is unique compared to most therapists. He graduated from the University of Washington in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Chris then went on to work at Wells Fargo Bank and became a manager before tearing his right ACL, MCL and medial meniscus. After undergoing reconstructive surgery and rehabilitation on his knee, he developed an interest in helping people return to living a life of movement, just as his physical therapist did for him. Chris is an ambitious individual who strives to provide the best care possible for each and every patient. His desire to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy stems from his passion to inspire and encourage others, and assist people in returning to a pain-free and active life.
Chris enjoys traveling, playing basketball and other recreational sports, watching movies/TV shows, and rooting on Husky football and basketball. He has a beautiful wife and 3 amazing children, who you can tell are his kids, as they have his energy, eagerness to learn new things and athleticism. He has an excitement for life and enjoys laughing, which often shows through his interactions with patients. You may see him out in the community or TV someday, as he also serves as a high school basketball referee in Snohomish County.
