I’m Dr. Ellie Adair and I’m a Functional Medicine Physician at Vida Integrated Health. I have extensive experience treating complex chronic diseases and optimizing health through a holistic approach. As a Functional Medicine Physician, I ask the question “why” to get to the root cause of a patient’s health conditions and from there create personalized treatment plans that integrate both Naturopathic and Functional Medicine philosophies.

Vida’s FM Concierge membership allows me to utilize all that Functional Medicine has to offer. With longer appointment times and increased patient access to me and my team, I’ll be able to provide my patients with the close follow-up and personalized care they need to address their health concerns. By capping my patient load, I can allocate more resources to each individual patient, ensuring that they receive the attention and care they deserve.

My clinical interests include women’s health, chronic fatigue, depression and anxiety, allergies, eczema, psoriasis, MCAS, and digestive issues like IBS, IBD, and SIBO. Often these conditions coexist, and I take a comprehensive approach to ensure that all of a patient’s health concerns are addressed.

I earned my Bachelor of Science from The University of North Dakota before obtaining my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University. I have also completed additional training from the renowned Institute for Functional Medicine.

I’m proud to be a Functional Medicine Resident at Vida Integrated Health, where I work closely under the supervision of both Dr. Michelle Leary and Dr. Michael Corsilles. This unique opportunity allows me to further my clinical skills and knowledge while learning from some of the most experienced and versatile Physicians in Functional Medicine.
