Tim Clanton, DC


Grew up in the Southwest corner of Wisconsin in the very small city of Prairie Du Chien. He enjoyed playing many different sports such as basketball, golf, football, hockey and tennis. Dr. Clanton attended the University of Wisconsin- River Falls studying Biology and Chemistry. He knew he wanted a career in chiropractic when he job-shadowed numerous practitioners, which sparked his interest in the chiropractic profession.

Following his undergraduate work, he moved to Minneapolis in 1998 to attend Northwestern Health Sciences University to obtain his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He then moved to Seattle to start his career in 2001 and has worked for more than 16 years before joining Vida in September 2018. Dr. Clanton has also worked as a consultant with the University of Washington athletics department training room for 13 years. He has extensive training in mechanical and soft tissue rehabilitation and is certified in Graston technique. He also utilizes a variety of chiropractic techniques with the goal of helping patients achieve fast, long lasting results from chiropractic care.

Dr. Clanton and his wife, Caedin (Dr. Pettigrew) have a daughter, son, dog Otis, and cat Luna.

Dr. Clanton was also voted “Best in Seattle” by his peers and published in the Seattle Metropolitan Magazine as one of the “Top Doctors 2014”.
