Lizzy was drawn to physical therapy because of how rewarding it is to help people return to the activities they love through movement and individualized care. She believes every patient has unique goals, and she is committed to building treatment plans that help them regain confidence, function, and independence.

While Lizzy has a strong background in pediatrics and sports rehabilitation, she enjoys working with patients of all ages, from infants to older adults. Having grown up playing competitive volleyball and soccer, she understands both the physical and mental sides of recovering from an injury. Whether your goal is returning to sports, hiking your favorite trails, keeping up with your kids, or simply moving with less pain, Lizzy is dedicated to helping you get back to doing what matters most.

Outside the clinic, Lizzy embraces everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. She enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, and snowboarding, and she spends her weekends exploring local farmers markets and restaurants, playing with her pets, taking dance classes, singing karaoke, and making memories with friends and family.
