VIDA Bellevue

Erin was born in Washington, growing up in Redmond. She has always had a passion for health, wellness and fitness, and was introduced to physical therapy growing up with her own injuries related to dance and hypermobility. Experiencing firsthand what a skilled clinician can contribute to a person’s recovery and future health made it clear that the career was a perfect fit.

While in training for the more typical orthopedic conditions seen in PT, Erin developed a specific interest in pelvic health physical therapy. She completed pelvic floor rehabilitation training during her time at the University of Utah in addition to certification from Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation. She has a strong passion for assisting patients with pregnancy, postpartum care, urinary and bowel disorders, incontinence, pelvic/hip/low back/tailbone pain, and postoperative pelvic and abdominal surgeries.

Since practicing physical therapy, she has also taken to personal training as a way to continue assisting members of the community advocacy for health and fitness beyond clinical care needs. Beyond that, she has a wide background in her own athletic pursuits, including competitive dance, dance instruction, fitness instruction, functional fitness and bodybuilding.

Erin enjoys spending her spare time resistance training, hiking, backpacking/camping, skiing and spending time with her friends, or her feline friends Agatha, Angus and Lily.
