Billing is done separately per Vida location. You will need to login individually to each clinic location to view and make payments. Not ideal, we know! But we are working hard to combine them and hope to have a solution soon! Thank you for your patience.

All new patient paperwork is to be completed in your patient portal prior to your first appointment.

Can I schedule appointments online?
Unfortunately our system does not allow online scheduling but we have an online scheduling team that will be more than happy to get you scheduled. Just simply fill out our Online Contact Us Form where you can request an appointment date/time and request an insurance verification prior to your appointment. Our online team will respond to your request within the hour.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment, especially if it’s a new patient appointment. Paperwork must be completed before your appointment starts.
What is your cancellation policy?
Yes, our cancellation policy is 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment. You will be charged a fee if you cancel within this time or no show. (Prices differ per clinic).
Why do I have to fill out an intake?
In order for the provider to bill the exam appointments, the intakes are key in providing us with the information we need. We ask about your health history to get a better idea of what you have been through in the past to get an idea of what you may need in the future.
Why do I need to do an Exam?
In order for your insurance to cover your visits, they require an exam about every 30 days. We must bill for this and write up additional notes to show medical necessity.
How long are new patient appointments?
30-60 minutes depending on the service.
Can I schedule multiple services in one day?
Depending on what your insurance will cover, you should be able to schedule multiple services in a day. Contact your insurance provider or have us check your coverage by filling out our form and we will check for you.
What insurance do you accept and what providers accept it?
We accept most major insurances. Vida provides a complimentary insurance verificaiton prior to your appointment. Just fill out our online Contact Us Form. To find out if we accept your insurance carrier, please check out our list at thinkvida.com/contact/#insurance
How do I know what my benefits are?
You can contact your plan provider directly (number found on the back of your card) or send us your information using our Check Insurance contact form and we are happy to send you a quote of benefits.
How do I know how much I will be paying before my appointment?
We unfortunately cannot give you an exact amount ahead of time because it depends on two factors: your treatment and your insurance. Treatment plans are different per patient depending on what you and and provider discuss in your appointment. In regards to your insurance, it depends on if you have copay, if your subject to the deductible, and how much your coinsurance covers.

If I go to multiple Vida clinics, am I able to have one bill or do I need separate bills per clinic?
Because each clinic has different providers, you will have separate bills. Each clinic also has a separate billing system so please contact the clinic where you have an outstanding balance to pay.
