Joshua Jangula, DAOM, LAc

Dr. Jangula regards the provider-patient relationship as crucially important in clinical practice. He strives to create and maintain a healthy and healing environment in the clinic and believes in the combination of Western and Eastern modalities to create the best treatment protocol for patients.

After finishing his academic career, Dr. Jangula worked with a neurologist at Highline hospital. During this time, he focused acquiring additional clinical skills specializing in vertigo (dizziness), migraine, and ambulatory deficiencies (I.e. Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Stroke rehabilitation). He enjoys continuing education seminars focusing on the neurophysiological effects of acupuncture on the brain. More specifically, the use of scalp acupuncture for treating concussion, traumatic brain injury and migraines.

The concept that every healthcare discipline contributes a unique perspective to optimal health in central to Dr. Jangula’s approach and he views Vida Integrated Health as a direct example of this powerful combination.

When he is not in the clinic, you can find him appreciating the great outdoors with his wife and son. He enjoys backpacking, sea kayaking, snowboarding and water sports. He also enjoys playing golf, ice hockey and basketball.
