VIDA RAVENNA

With over six years of experience working as an exercise specialist in cancer rehabilitation and outpatient rehab, she has gained extensive knowledge in therapeutic exercise and has a passion for helping people achieve their goals and improve their function. From a young age she had an interest in the human body, movement, and a love for sports that led her to obtain her Bachelor of Science degree in Health from Texas A&M University. She continued her education at PIMA Medical Institute where she obtained her Physical Therapist Assistant degree. Her joy and creativity are brought into each session, taking into account each person’s unique goals and personality.

Originally from East Texas, Kristen relocated to the PNW to serve with a new community church and continue her education. She enjoys exploring all that the PNW has to offer whether hiking, camping, or going on an extended road trip with friends. During her free time, you can find her watching sports, playing volleyball, discovering new hobbies – currently tennis and guitar – or spending time with family and friends. Kristen genuinely loves learning from those around her and sharing her passion for physical wellbeing.
