VIDA RAVENNA

Laura always had a passion for sports and helping others. She competed in competitive gymnastics and rugby and both came with a good number of injuries that required physical therapy as part of the recovery. That support from skilled and compassionate therapists led her to a career helping her community stay health and active. 

Having pursued a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University and later graduating from Pima Medical Institute with a PTA associate degree, she has built a foundation to support her clinical work. Her background in gymnastics and rugby gives her a unique perspective on rehabilitation. 

Laura’s clinical experiences in outpatient sports rehab, geriatric outpatient, and orthopedics have broadened her understanding of various patient populations and conditions. Her approach to treatment involves tailoring manual therapy and exercise prescriptions to each individual. 

Outside of her professional endeavors, she continues to be an athlete, dedicating time to rugby.
