VIDA KIRKLAND

Lindsay has been a massage therapist since 2011, with her passion for helping others beginning as a kid when her family would ask for a neck or shoulder massage to help with headaches. She may be small in stature, but her techniques vary from gentle to deep tissue depending on the patient’s needs.

With almost 2 decades of experience under her belt, she is skilled in many modalities including swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral, and prenatal just to name a few.  Her personal style can be described as “treatment within relaxation” since she is a firm believer that pain doesn’t always equal progress and finds that letting the client’s body dictate the speed of the massage yields better results. With slower movements, the body is often able to handle deeper pressure and enhance the therapeutic effect of the care.

In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys going go-karting, watching anime, playing with her dog, and reading comics.
