Contact Vida Everett
In 2013 we took Vida’s unique model of true integrated team care and took it North to Everett, Washington. We are proud to be a part of this diverse and growing community and yet prouder to offer the same cutting edge integrated approach to patients from Everett, Mukilteo, Mill Creek, Lynnwood, Snohomish, Marysville and as far away as Mt. Vernon!
Turns out folks who build jets, skyscrapers, tunnels and houses get hurt more often than office workers, so, we have become leaders in L&I (work comp) care in the area. Our reviews speak for themselves. Once again, a good thing needs room so we moved into a spacious 5500 sq. ft. facility in December 2016 on Everett Mall Way in the same complex as the Molina Clinic and Heritage Bank.
¿Hablas español? Nosotros Tambien! We do. Multiple bilingual providers and staff make Vida Everett a welcome place for our Latino community.

Why Choose An Integrated Approach To Hip Pain?
Chiropractic treatment for hip pain aims to address joint misalignment and related misalignments of connecting joints. Several factors, including insufficient exercise, excessive exercise, an imbalanced diet, and improper work and sleep ergonomics, can contribute to hip joint misalignment. Misalignment can cause discomfort in the joint and surrounding muscles, as it may impact nerves, blood vessels, and tendons in the area.
Can a Chiropractor Help With TMJ?
About 12% of Americans experience TMJ (temporomandibular joint) pain. The condition causes pain and discomfort centralized in the jaw and can lead to further issues such as chronic headaches. A chiropractor will help ease the pain and other symptoms and treat the underlying problem. Traditionally, the condition is a dentist’s worry, but chiropractic treatment is also highly successful.
Acupuncture Treatment for Back Pain Relief
Acupuncture treatment involves inserting thin needles into specific points in the body. These points are located along pathways known as meridians which are believed to contain energy, or “chi.” This treatment’s goal is to reduce pain by deactivating trigger points and restoring the muscles’ function. Whether there is a presence of a medical condition or not, everybody can benefit from acupuncture because of its homeostatic effects that help the body regain balance and function better. For example, it can help the body improve your stress response, promote relaxation, improve sleep and mood, strengthen the immune system, increase energy, improve circulation and healing, and improve digestion.
Manual Chiropractor Adjustments
Manual chiropractor adjustments are a type of chiropractic treatment with individualized adjustments performed one at a time. These adjustments focus more intently on your neck, upper back, and spine. A chiropractor performs them manually rather than by machine.
Chiropractors and Soft Tissue Manipulation
Soft tissue manipulation is one of the common services we provide at Vida Integrated Health. The technique aims to reduce pain, release muscle and joint tension, and improve blood circulation to an injured area. Our soft tissue manipulations may be able to restore strength, mobilize scar tissue, and prevent swelling and infections. Here’s everything to know about soft tissue manipulation and why our chiropractor may recommend it:
