In 2013 we took Vida’s unique model of true integrated team care and took it North to Everett, Washington. We are proud to be a part of this diverse and growing community and yet prouder to offer the same cutting edge integrated approach to patients from Everett, Mukilteo, Mill Creek, Lynnwood, Snohomish, Marysville and as far away as Mt. Vernon!

Turns out folks who build jets, skyscrapers, tunnels and houses get hurt more often than office workers, so, we have become leaders in L&I (work comp) care in the area. Our reviews speak for themselves. Once again, a good thing needs room so we moved into a spacious 5500 sq. ft. facility in December 2016 on Everett Mall Way in the same complex as the Molina Clinic and Heritage Bank.

¿Hablas español? Nosotros Tambien! We do. Multiple bilingual providers and staff make Vida Everett a welcome place for our Latino community.

Working With a Chiropractor To Manage Chronic Pain

Chiropractic care focuses on the relationship between the spine and the nervous system, emphasizing the role of proper spinal alignment in overall health. Chiropractors use manual adjustments and other non-invasive techniques to correct misalignments that may contribute to chronic pain. These healthcare professionals aim to restore the body’s natural ability to heal by addressing the underlying issues rather than only treating symptoms.

A Functional Approach to Skin Conditions: Eczema and Psoriasis

Traditional dermatological approaches target inflammation topically with steroids or internally with immune suppressing agents. While these can be effective and appear to resolve the area of inflamed skin there is often recurrence elsewhere or rebound flares when these medications are discontinued. Our goal in functional medicine is to explore what is causing an overactive immune response and take a holistic approach to address all of the body systems involved.

The Power Of A Hug

Ever had a bad day, and all you need is a hug? There is a good reason for that! The reality is that our skin is the largest organ that we have, and our skin was made to make contact. This is why we get such great satisfaction when we touch things of different textures, smile at the soft touch of a baby’s blanket and can experience sensory overload from touch. This is also why we cringe when we touch rough surfaces or textures.

Crucial Role of Apolipoprotein B in Heart Health: A Biohackers Guide to Cholesterol Management

In the quest for optimal health, understanding the nuances of our body’s biomarkers can be a powerful tool in our arsenal. While traditional cholesterol tests provide a broad overview of heart health, delving deeper into specific markers like Apolipoprotein B (Apo B) can unlock new levels of insight and control. For the health-conscious and biohackers alike, Apo B is a critical marker that shouldn’t be overlooked.

Leveraging Cardiovascular Genetic Testing for Heart Health: A Proactive Approach

In the realm of functional medicine, where the focus is on optimizing health and preventing disease through understanding individual variability in genetics, environment, and lifestyle, cardiovascular genetic testing emerges as a powerful tool, especially for those with a family history of heart disease. This advanced approach to health care allows individuals to peek into their genetic blueprint, unveiling predispositions that could significantly impact their heart health.
