THE VIDA DIFFERENCE

We offer an integrated approach to your recovery and health, giving you access to a range of treatment techniques and specialists – ALL UNDER ONE ROOF. Vida will empower your journey toward an active and healthy lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to alleviate pain from an accident or work injury, rebuild strength after a sports injury, or to work with a Functional Medicine Physician for your family’s primary care needs, we’ll map out an integrated plan to hit your health goals quickly.

At Vida, our ultimate goal is to guide you back to the path of an active, pain-free and healthy lifestyle. That’s why we use an integrated team approach that promotes faster recovery, allowing you to get back to doing what you love.

In 2013 we took Vida’s unique model of true integrated team care and took it North to Everett, Washington. We are proud to be a part of this diverse and growing community and yet prouder to offer the same cutting edge integrated approach to patients from Everett, Mukilteo, Mill Creek, Lynnwood, Snohomish, Marysville and as far away as Mt. Vernon!

Turns out folks who build jets, skyscrapers, tunnels and houses get hurt more often than office workers, so, we have become leaders in L&I (work comp) care in the area. Our reviews speak for themselves. Once again, a good thing needs room so we moved into a spacious 5500 sq. ft. facility in December 2016 on Everett Mall Way in the same complex as the Molina Clinic and Heritage Bank.

¿Hablas español? Nosotros Tambien! We do. Multiple bilingual providers and staff make Vida Everett a welcome place for our Latino community.

Summer Sports Injuries: What to Know Before You Push Through

That post-game ache could be normal soreness, or it could be an injury quietly working its way up your kinetic chain. Learn Vida’s Warm-Up Test, the red flags that separate DOMS from real injury, and when it’s time to stop pushing through and get checked

The Complete Guide to Summer Hiking

Before we go to the mountain, let’s talk about gear. Improper gear often causes aches and pains during and after a hike. When choosing the right Day Pack or Backpack, you want to consider how many days you’ll be on the move. The more days, the bigger the pack! A good rule of thumb is that 80% of the pack weight should be distributed on your hips with the remaining 20% on your shoulders.

Back Pain, Hip Pain, and Stiffness: Not Just Part of Getting Older

That morning stiffness in your back isn’t just a quirk—it’s a signal. Chronic back pain and hip pain aren’t inevitable parts of aging; they’re often the result of postural dysfunction, muscle imbalances, and joint restrictions, and all of it is treatable. Your spine and hips work as a single kinetic chain, and the compensation patterns between them are some of the most common things we see in the clinic. Integrated care—chiropractic, physical therapy, massage, acupuncture, and functional medicine working together—helps you move better and feel younger.

Premature Ejaculation: Causes, Treatments, and What Actually Works

Premature ejaculation is one of the most common sexual health concerns men experience, yet it is often misunderstood. Rather than having a single cause, it often reflects a combination of neurologic sensitivity, pelvic floor dynamics, and psychological factors. With a personalized approach that includes behavioral training, pelvic floor therapy, mindfulness, and medication, meaningful improvement is often possible.

How Men’s Mental Health Shows Up in the Body

Depression in men is underdiagnosed — not because it’s rare, but because it rarely looks like depression. Irritability, chronic fatigue, digestive issues, and sexual health changes are among the most common ways psychological distress shows up in the male body. Functional medicine provider Lauren Grimes, PA-C, IFMCP breaks down the science behind the mind-body connection in men and what root-cause care actually looks like.

Optimizing Fertility: A Functional Medicine Approach to Preparing for Pregnancy

Fertility is influenced by far more than timing. From egg and sperm quality to hormones, immune balance, and environmental exposures, conception reflects whole-body health. A functional medicine approach focuses on optimizing these interconnected systems to create a supportive environment for pregnancy—while recognizing that the journey is both biological and deeply personal.

What Is Soft Tissue Manipulation in Chiropractic Care?

Soft tissue manipulation is a key component of chiropractic care that targets muscles, fascia, ligaments, and tendons to reduce pain and restore function. Commonly used to treat back pain, neck pain, sciatica, and sports injuries, these techniques help break down scar tissue, improve circulation, and enhance mobility for long-term relief.
