VIDA RAVENNA

Mae grew up on the Big Island of Hawai’i and played soccer and ran track and field growing up. Her passion for physical therapy came from the experience of recovering from an ACL tear and reconstructive surgery. After going through the recovery process herself, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in physical therapy so that she can help others recover from injuries and help them navigate their pain.

After graduating from PT school, Mae stayed in Hawai’i and worked in outpatient orthopedics. She loves working with endurance athletes and recently found a new passion for strength and conditioning. Her background in sports and exercise science helps her empower her patients through their recovery process.

Mae made her way to Seattle in 2022. She loves what the city has to offer and loves to attend festivals and live music events. She is also a shuffle dancer which is a foot-work based dance. She is very active in her dance community and if she isn’t dancing, she is probably checking out all the new food spots in the city.
