Understanding the human body and how it works has been the driving factor in Mason becoming a massage therapist. Learning about what builds the body up, what breaks it down, and how it recovers from stress and injury are deep curiosities that have attracted Mason to working alongside other medical professionals throughout his years as a therapist.

Mason believes that the best thing you can do for a patient is to inform and educate. He views his role within integrated health as an assistant, combining his knowledge and skills with the expertise of other professionals, guiding patients towards healthy recovery and long-term change so that they can achieve optimal health and well-being.

When his hands aren’t working on others they are often holding a pencil, book, or Xbox controller. Mason enjoys drawing, writing, reading, long-walks, and playing casual games in his spare time.
