Vida Integrated Health

As the daughter of a physical therapist Megan grew up playing with stretch bands and swiss balls. She has always been fascinated with movement, doing dance, martial arts and circus arts in her free time.  This interest in body mechanics and movement brought her into the massage field after a career change from tech work.

Megan uses many modalities to create custom treatment plans for her patients including Swedish, deep tissue, passive positions release, neuromuscular reeducation, cupping and  myofascial release.

In her free time Megan enjoys reading science fiction, practicing Lyra, crafting and playing board games with her wife.
