Dr. Michele Fuerst’s interest in human health came naturally as she was introduced into sports at the age of three. She played every sport available to her in her youth, but it wasn’t until she really got into weightlifting in her early 20s in chiropractic school, that her passion to understand human movement and injury prevention really took off. Driven by a desire to offset wear and tear from sports and general aging, Dr. Michele is passionate about helping individuals find the strength and stamina within their own bodies.

In pursuit of each patient’s goals, Dr. Michele draws from extensive training and experience in a variety treatment methods and is able to cater to the needs of each patient. She has a special interest in women’s health and youth athletes as she has recognizes the importance for young athletes to have a resource as they mature through athletics and learn about their bodies through injuries. However, if you ask her, some of the most gratifying clinical breakthroughs are with people that have never played a sport in their lives and helping them come to the realization of what they are capable of and how their bodies are designed to heal when pointed in the right direction.

An eastern Washington native, Dr. Michele returned to her home state after her training in California and is thrilled to be on the West side of the cascades. Now settled here in Renton, Dr. Michele enjoys spending her free time with her partner adventuring throughout the PNW. She was previously a coach at Row House and loves coaching group fitness! On the weekends you can find her cooking up a storm, adventuring through the mountains, swimming or tending to the flowers in her garden.
