A consistent yoga practice introduced Payton to the human body’s ability to heal through movement and helped foster her fascination with the mind-body connection. This interest inspired her to pursue training in therapeutic massage. Learning more about the body’s capacity for change has allowed her to partner with her patients in achieving their wellness goals.

Payton has been practicing massage therapy since 2022. Prior to entering massage school, she worked in a senior living community, where she enjoyed forming relationships with the geriatric residents. Payton believes meaningful personal relationships are a cornerstone of overall health and prioritizes connecting with her clients to support in their healing.

When she is not working, Payton is passionate about appreciating the natural beauty of the PNW by walking trails, paddle boarding, and gardening.
