Sheila’s path to massage therapy began through her love for anatomy and biology at an early age. She learned more about massage therapy through her aunt who had been practicing for 20 years, and mentored her through her training at Cortiva Institute of Seattle in 2014. Sheila’s philosophy is that healing begins with trust in your provider.

She believes a calm nervous system is a crucial step toward treatment and recovery and works to ensure that each client feels safe and heard through their sessions. She specializes in manual lymphatic drainage, and craniosacral therapy, cupping, and myofascial release.

Sheila has special interest working with patients actively receiving cancer treatment or recovery, elderly population, prenatal, scoliosis, paralysis, post-surgical, fibromyalgia, injury recovery, and chronic pain.

Outside of massage therapy Sheila is usually playing bass guitar in her two bands, trying new recipes, or going to an event with friends.
