Sky is passionate about helping to relieve tension, aches or pains within the body. Her treatments are customizable to fit the different needs of every patient. She offers a variety of approaches including Sports Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy and more. As part of her training she secured a coveted internship with a renowned Sports Massage Therapist who was part of the medical team for the 2021 Olympics which has had a great impact on her treatment approach. Sky is happy to work with those who have ongoing treatment goals or those who just like to unwind with massage on occasion.

Sky comes from a psychology and social services background, working mostly with adolescents in behavioral health hospitals and homeless shelters for the last ten years. Her goal to help lessen the amount of pain in the world has remained the same with her career change.

In her free time Sky plays on a beach volleyball team, coordinates/hosts events with non profits in the area, and has a never ending love for dance. Alki Beach is her (close to home) happy place.
