Vida group programs

At Vida Integrated Health, we believe learning together creates lasting change. That’s why our Vida Group Programs are designed as live, instructor-led experiences that combine expert guidance with the power of community.

Each program is fully virtual, so you can join from anywhere, and meets live every Tuesday from 4:30–6:00 PM for the length of the course. You’ll learn directly from trusted clinicians and health experts while connecting with others who share your goals.

Our current programs include topics such as functional medicine, women’s health, metabolic health, and nutrition — each carefully designed to give you actionable strategies, evidence-based insights, and the accountability of a supportive group environment.

GLP1 Roadmap

The class runs on Tuesday afternoons from 4:30-6:00 pm PST Starting September 29th – October 20th, 2026.

Led by Jamie Punzi, ND, Monique Class, MS, APRN-BC, and Dan Lukaczer, ND

A live course for anyone considering a GLP-1, currently taking one, or thinking about coming off it — built by Vida’s functional medicine physicians around the one variable the prescription doesn’t manage for you: what you do alongside it.

Every session includes live teaching, open discussion, dedicated Q&A, and one concrete action step — something to apply that week, not just remember.

Group Program Review

“My biggest takeaway was realizing how valuable it is to have a supportive community and structured guidance throughout my health journey. Participating in Vida’s group programs has boosted my energy and given me tools to create sustainable habits. While staying consistent can be challenging at times, having others to share the experience with makes it more motivating and meaningful”.
